Issue:
There are several types of memory, but one is particularly unique: traumatic memory. It is considered "unique" because it can provoke strong negative emotions in the patient. The emotions, sensations, and stimuli associated with this memory can be triggered at any moment, creating a diffuse anxiety in the patient. This training is the result of a partnership between Boris Cyrulnik, the University of Mons/"Education and Families," where Boris Cyrulnik teaches, and FormationsPsy.ca (H4 Éditions).
Need:
Clients will be able to discover the neuroscientific and epigenetic perspectives on the impact of trauma on the brain and the protective factors of resilience. Describing various experiences will allow for a concrete visualization of the role of security and its impact on traumatic experiences (memories, experiences, repercussions).
Objectives:
- Understand what traumatic memory is
- Evaluate the consequences of sensory isolation on the brain
- Know how to differentiate between different types of memory (procedural, traumatic, semantic, episodic)
Duration of the Activity:
This online training lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes. It is divided into 7 distinct parts. This training can be completed remotely, with no time limit. At the end of the training, a 20-question test will be available.
Trainer:
