Christophe Herbert is a clinical psychologist in Montreal and a member of the Quebec College of Psychologists. He has specialised in trauma and post-traumatic stress (assault, accident, rape, incest), intimate partner violence, bereavement, complicated bereavement and support for high-risk professions (firefighters, police, military, etc.) since 2003.

Christophe Herbert is director of H4 Éditions, a company dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge in psychology.
